Cement stabilized soil mixing plant is widely used in the stabilized soil construction of highway, urban road, plaza and airport. It is suitable for continuously mixing different grade limes, stones, cement stabilized soil and industrial wastes to produce finished stabilized soil.
Main features of stabilized soil batching plant

Main components
Cement stabilized soil mixing plant: It is composed of aggregate bin with weighing system, filler bin with weighing system, mixing system, finished material conveyer, finished material storage bin, control system. It can be divided into stationary and mobile type.
Aggregate system
The grading unit is modular, easy and fast to install; the material breakage alarm at the discharge port, the material bin shortage alarm, and the automatic bin vibration, smooth feeding; the electronic belt scale continuous weighing measurement, motor frequency conversion speed regulation, high measurement accuracy; practical The skirt belt ensures that the sensor data is real and effective, and the measurement is more accurate.
Filler system
The vertical cement silo is equipped with an arch-breaking device; the continuous material level gauge displays the material level in the control room; the conveyor is weighed first and then weighed, and the electronic screw scale weighing system is used to realize computer closed-loop control; the powder steady flow small silo makes the cement metering more stable and reliable.
Water supply system
Automatic control of the water level of the water tank, alarm prompt for the upper and lower limits of the water level, and can be interlocked with the water supply pump; the frequency conversion ratio is used to compare the water supply system, the water supply is accurate, energy saving, and the work is reliable.
Mixing system
Double shaft forced mixing, uniform mixing; no liner technology reduces blade wear; special blades made of wear-resistant materials have long service life; the material outlet is equipped with a hopper, the material inlet is equipped with a cover, closed powder The interface makes the operation site clean and environmentally friendly.
Finished material conveying system
The conveyor structure with large inclination angle is compact; the sectional modular design is easy to disassemble and transport; equipped with a variety of anti-deviation measures, the conveyor belt is not easy to deviate.
Finished material storage bin
